Seacoast School of Technology
All programs for the Seacoast School of Technology’s 630 students are in new,
expanded locations. Banwell designed a new building containing a 12-bay auto
repair facility, office space and 2 classrooms to house SST’s automotive service technology program. Renovations throughout the rest of the school included upgrades to all electrical and mechanical services. Air conditioning was added in all spaces. Work progressed throughout the school year and was carefully coordinated to avoid any disturbance to instruction. More extensive reconstruction was completed during the summer and a new main entrance for the school was created, centralizing access. Site access and parking were improved, with a new main driveway off of Linden Street and new parking added.
