On July 5th, Wesley, Taylor, Steve, and the rest of the Outer Limits Brewing (www.outerlimitsbrewing.com) (OLB) crew celebrated the long-awaited grand opening of Vermont’s newest brewery. Located on the beautiful Village Green of Proctorsville, VT, OLB separates itself from the typical trendy IPA-heavy Vermont brewery. Instead, it offers more traditional European style beers via an English Ale system. Debuting at the grand opening was Bavarian Helles Lager, Best Bitter, Dark Mild, American Pale Ale, Schwarzbier, Oatmeal Stout, and English Style Juicy IPA (hey, got to at least have one IPA to appease the masses). The signature of their impressive brewery equipment is the Brick Kettle, a beautiful work of art and only one of about 200 worldwide. In addition to several tasty beers, OLB was serving scrumptious pizzas that are made in quite possibly the coolest pizza oven you have ever seen. Do yourself and a favor and check them out, you will not regret it!
