This project involved an addition for laboratory and classroom space and complete renovation to the existing facility, originally constructed in the 1960s, to house laboratories, classrooms and support spaces. New mechanical, electrical, and telecommunication systems and life safety systems to comply with the latest codes. New windows, new finishes, and ADA compliance.
