Teago General Store
This project involved renovations to an existing building housing a General Store, Post Office, and upper level Apartments.
The General Store renovation included a new cantilevered deck, new front porch and new bay window. The first floor includes a new commercial kitchen, all new interior finishes (floors, walls, ceilings) a new bathroom and storage areas.
The existing Post Office was renovated to include a new mail drop, storage lockers and exterior wall insulation.
The two upper floor apartments were renovated to provide new kitchens, bathrooms and finishes.
Additionally – All electrical systems, mechanical systems and plumbing fixtures have been replaced, and a new full building fire alarm system was installed. The building envelope was updated with new siding, new roof, new doors and windows, new insulation and flood vents at the foundation walls. Sitework incuded new pavers at the main entry, sitework at the front of the building, new electrical service to the building and a new water service.
