Banwell Architects is looking forward to begin work shortly on Summer Park in Hanover, NH.
Twin Pines Housing Trust (TPHT), a non-profit corporation dedicated to providing perpetually affordable housing to low-income Vermont and New Hampshire residents, is seeking qualifications for architectural services for Hanover’s Housing at Summer Park property (“Summer Park”). Architectural services are needed to determine the overall feasibility and costs of redeveloping the existing three-building, 24-unit Summer Park property into a new, phased, energy efficient and higher density (with increased number of units to-be-determined) affordable senior housing community. It is anticipated that the existing three-building complex will be replaced.
Summer Park is centrally located at 42 Lebanon Street in Hanover, New Hampshire. The site is within walking distance of numerous amenities including public transportation, the Hanover Co-op Food Store, banks and medical offices, and Dartmouth College. TPHT is exploring the acquisition of adjacent properties to form an expanded Senior Village that would include the existing Summer Park site.
