On October 23rd Cardigan Mountain School broke ground on the new dorm project. Banwell Architects designed the new dorm which involves design services for a roughly 15,000 to 16,000sf (28) bed student dorm, including at least four faculty apartments.
Extensive site work will be required, including construction of an interior campus loop road extension, parking areas, sewer and water main alterations and connections, and underground electrical power and communications cabling. North Branch Construction in Concord, New Hampshire is the construction manager for the project.
